Has anyone had a shot at this yet?( pun intended :P ) I have had a couple of brief goes and it does show some promise as a realistic military simulation. Might be a bit steep for those not after the real deal as there is quite a lot to do etc but the co op was good, had to take a small town that was heavily defended. Have a look if you like and see what you think, might be playing a bit of this one in future so might be handy to know people to squad up with.

It looks very nice, the screenshots look realistic.

This game is from the makers of Operation Flashpoint 1985, a pretty realistic game, I have all the expansion packs for that game, I am not getting ArmA yet, will wait for price to drop.

i hated operation flashpoint, never played it but my roommate did. all i would here from his room was some dude barking orders over and over.

i thought the screenshots showed the graphics to be a little plain. not a lot of texture, giving it a "cartoonish" look.

i'm downloading the demo now.

I loved Op Flash also got the expansions, is a quality game even though the gfx are a bit dated. Think i'll check the demo out of this.

I played a bit of Op Flash and this is pretty much the same except it looks a little better. It has a few small bugs and allready seems to have picked up a few idiots. Was messing about with it last night trying a few things and some moron shows up, acts all dumb while TK'n everyone, then types bye noobs and leaves. Sigh, it was fun while it lasted, all of 10 mins. Does not bode well for fun times if it's got **** like this. I suspect it was someone quite young from the way he behaved, would be nice if these people would just die and leave everyone alone to play happily.

Looks good to me. I loved Operation Flashpoint for its realism...will have to try this one out.

For those of you how did not like OF 1985...the company that made the game was actually hired by the US military to make there training SIMS.
