Well as ive decided to start a fresh with everything i have decided to lose the name colonelshrek, its only brought a bad name on me (my fault of course). So from now shrek is gone.
Recently ive been posting on here with my new achievements but for the past few weeks ive been giving bf2142 a go so now that ive played it for a bit with colonel its time to play proer on it now that i have started to understand the point scoring a little better than before.
So from time to time i may post up my achievements on bf2 but for now its bf2142

Okay, cool man. How do you like 2142 vs. BF2? I never really liked the look, so I never went for it. I'm still waiting for BF3 myself .

Its a little bit more interesting than bf2 and the unlocks are deffinately better than bf2. Took me a while to figure out how the point system works in 2142 but i sort of know how it works now, and plus in bf2142 there seems to be less hackers than bf2

2142 sucks if you are a BF2 lifer. 2142 is slower and the movement is not as fluid as in BF2. They had some features and modes and weaponry that were interesting concepts but overall it is like they packaged a very dumb-downed version of BF2 and slapped walkers and titans on it. I'm not saying you won't like it, but the chances are slim to none.

Now if you never really played BF2 then it is more than likely if you picked this game before hand that you would enjoy it. Though with only around 7 servers ever active and showing in the menu it is impossible to recommend buying it (cheap or not) as it will die fairly soon.

thats really harsh text man its not as bad you make it to look like and this comes from the guy who has played 2142 lot.

In 2142 you got some more choices on ur classes like sniper you can take lambert + cloack and be really deadly close range combantant or just take the sniper and add the zoomer option and take all from the range.
Titan mode adds something new to the normal conquest flag capturing but when i last time played the titan mode it was just way too easy to defend it with decent sguad (RDX, support with shield etc).

Its not bad game at all its just personal taste.

i play it now and then but still im more on bf2 side.


dunno how it is nowdays but when i played 2142 you would see hacker on pretty much each server.

ive played it for about 2 weeks, didnt have a clue how the point system works but now i do, and with the unlocks you get makes it more interesting.
Yes i have played bf2 since 2007 but since i have got bf2142 ive been playing it as i like it more than bf2 as its something a little different and as for the servers when i go in there is usually about 20-30 servers with a game going.

As for the hackers unless i havent come across them much i havent seen that many but ive only just stated so will see what happens
