It appears that our favorite (atleast my favorite) PC game developer DICE is running a competition with EA to create new achievements/trophies for the Battlefield Bad Company 2 console versions.

I think everyone who ownes or has played on a next gen console, knows what achievements(xbox360)/trophies(PS3) are. They are those little rewards you get in-game for completing certain challenges in online or singleplayer, for example in first BC if you kill 25 enemies you get achievement called "Killer on the loose".

Even though this competition applies to only console versions, what you say if we all put our heads together and design new and AWESOME achievement to the BF:BC2? Anyone whos interested reply your ideas (no stealing, ok?!), then we discuss about them together,combine them, change them and shape them into something completely new and (did i already say) AWESOME!!

Or we could everyone of us separately, with the help of each other, each one us design our own achievements and then submit all of them so atleast one of us could win

I am not sure I have any good ideas. Thing is, the main awards are already been designed. Just look at the insane awards and Challenges in COD4: Shooting while blinded by a flashbang, killing someone with his own claymore and so on.

The awards left and worth implementing IMO will be related to the game design. e.g. the Golf carts in BF:BC 1.

So as long as we don't know the game, its difficult for me to come up with something unique really. Sorry, brain empty

I actually got an idea just now. Some of us here like tank whoring right? And some of us (including me) like shooting choppers out of the sky with the tank. Wouldnt that be a good achievement? "shoot down an enemy chopper with an well aimed tank shell"

Just needs catchy and original name for this achievements. Any ideas for that?

Well I like Your idea NasseSeta89. It would be fun to see our achievements in the game, even thou the majority of us will play it on a PC.

I'm thinking about one right now.

Oh, and I got a name for Yours achievement: "TANK You! I'll stay on the ground."

Kill 10 people in a round while destroying whole room/house. You can call it: "Anybody home?"
