So I was on IGN when I stumbled across this. Battlefield 2 maps with Badcompany weapons and kits.
It's free to play, but there are microtransactions like in BFHeroes. Things you do in here unlock things in Battlefield 3 I guess.
I don't know what to make of it.. Maybe EA is poor or something because this seems kind of lame.Will it play like Battlefield 2 or what? Will the guns shoot like BF2 or BFBC?

As long as they don't provide unlimited grenades and remove the G36E, I'm fine with it.

Slightly better graphics, not much. I think they tweaked it a bit, and redone some of the modeling and shaders. But it probably still requires a good pc to run on.

Hmm I think it's more like a tuned down version of the frostbite engine, sounds and voice acting are definitely from bad company 2.

Ah well I'm Dutch, so as long as it's free I'm in for it!

It has jets ? if so im all for trying it out.

Wow graphics look a ton better on this than BF2 vanilla! But the soldiers look kinda.....meak. They could've done a better job there. But that video makes me want to play just to see how the new Karkand looks!

thats goona f**k it up then, thats the problem with BF heroes, if you can afford it then you can have uber weapons, makes for a very "un level" playing field.

Yeah, because that's exactly what we need, people playing more video games during the time that they would be doing something productive instead, and doing nothing during the day, then getting fat and lazy. Great.
