Its the same game installed for everyone, so yes the hitreg should also be the same. BUT whats the excuse then for this small hand full of players that ALWAYS have an amazing game. The most good games I have is 2 in a row, then hit reg takes a crap and so does my k/d. So why is there some players seeminly unaffected by the randomness of bf2? I have given up on headshots now, 9/10 for me never register..... and once my BB hits them they figure out to move...

9/10, that's alot! :o

Tbh, I don't have that much problems with hit reg, I play on EU servers only where my ping is around 20.
Maybe that has anything to do with it? Or should I turn off the aimbot?

No matter how crap a hitreg is, if it is consistent you can get used to it. And basically when people are (close to) getting used to it they might use a hitregfixer which lets them have to get used to the new hitreg again.

I.e. I know where I have to aim to shoot a dragshot at a certain distance, I am ok with that cos I now know where to aim. If I would use a hitregfixer (whether it works or not) I have to get used to it again.

That's why I don't see much help in such programs, besides I don't know what PB thinks about all those so called 'hitregfixers' that are floating on the interwebs...

The hit fixer doesnt change hit boxes.

You know when you shoot someone 5 or 6 times and you get a registered hit for every shot and your sat there wondering why they are not dead, Its because of faulse hits that the reg gives off, its a load of tecnical stuff to do with the default ping that the game gives you and latancy (and more crap).

The hit fixer attempts to get rid of the faulse reg by changing the default ping that the game gives you in your config files to your actual ping.So when your crosshairs light up saying you hit something you actually hit it.

Its not an ilegal program.
It is blocked by AHD
It doesnt change your hit boxes (if it did everyone would be using it)

I have used it in the past and not noticed much of a change to my reg.

BF2 has alot of variables that effect your game play. Rather than trying to change or fix them, try practicing more and getting better at the game. There are alot of useful threads in this forum showin hit boxes, weapon damage, Weak spots, Hiding places and also you tube has a hell of alot of good tutorial vids for BF2.
