And to be on topic for once most servers have admins that cry when they get Headshotted a mile away and kick/ban to make themselves seem better then the rest! Now then....

You can't. You can delete or edit posts you've made for a short time (not sure exactly how long). But after that, it's only Site Admin or Mod's that can delete/edit posts and threads.

Just click on the button (the exclamation mark) at bottom right of the posting to report your own post to admin, and ask them to remove it.
