I have a Xbox360 controller which works just fine with most of my games (Even Battlefield 2) but for some reason I cant seem to bind anything to the Dpad, Right thumbstick,right and left trigger so anyway to make them work correctly?

Have you tried xpadder? I can basically get anything working on a controller by maping it correctly with that program.
