hi, recently ive econuntered a strange problem, whenever i join a server for an online shooter (be in BF2, BC2, CoD4) then my sound will loop and then go off, sometimes it comes back on, but mosto f the time its stays off, i can play any game offline perfectly well with no sound issues and before yesterday never encountered this issue, any ideas?

Is it possible that a recent update by Windows has caused a problem?

In such a situation it might be worth making sure that the sound card and motherboard drivers are the latest version?

replug the headset at the back should work this works for me sometime our bey a new headset
